国際日本文化研究センター紀要"}]}]},"item_5_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　一八九八年にサイゴンに組織され、一八九九年、名称を改めて、ハノイに恒久的機関として設立されたフランス極東学院は、二〇世紀前半期、アンコール遺跡の考古学調査と保存活動を独占的に行った。学術的には多大な貢献をしたとはいえ、学院の活動には、当時インドシナを植民地支配していたフランスの政治的な理念が強く反映されていた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"　一八九三年にフランス領インドシナ連邦を形成し、世界第二の植民地大国となったフランスは、国際的に、政治、経済および軍事的役割の重要性を誇示した。極東学院は、この政治的威信を、いわば、学術レベルで表現した。とりわけ、活動の中心となったアンコールの考古学は、フランスが「極東」に介入し、「堕落」したアジアを復興する象徴として、利用されることとなった。学院は、考古学を含む学術活動が、「植民地学」として、政治的貢献をなしうるものと確信していたのである。しかし、植民地経営が困難となった一九二〇年代以降、学院は、学術的活動の逸脱を繰り返すようになる。たとえば、学院は、調査費用を捻出するために、一九二三年より、アンコール古美術品の販売を開始する。「歴史的にも、美術的にも、二級品」を、国内外の美術愛好者やニューヨークのメトロポリタン美術館などの欧米美術館に販売したのである。また、第二次大戦中の一九四三年、学院と日本との間で「古美術品交換」が行われ、学院から、東京帝室博物館に、「総計八トン、二三箱のカンボジア美術品」が贈られるのである。いわば、政治的な「貢ぎ物」として、日本にカンボジアの古美術品が供されるかたちとなった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"　アンコールの考古学は、フランスの政治的威信の高揚とともに立ち上げられ、その失墜とともに逸脱の道を歩む。具体的な解決策を持たないまま一九五〇年代まで継続された植民地政策のご都合主義に、翻弄される運命にあったのである。アンコール遺跡の考古学の理念が、「過去の蘇生」の代償として「現在の破壊」を引き起こしてきたこと、アンコール考古学の国際的な成熟が、現地に多大な喪失を強いたという歴史的事実を確認したい。再び、アンコール遺跡群の保存活動が開始された現在、この歴史的事実を確認する意義はきわめて大きい。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"19157","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"FUJIHARA,
