喫茶養生観は古代中国の茶文化の発展に対して勢いを助長した働きがあるばかりでなく、更に、栄西禅師の『喫茶養生記』などを通じて鎌倉時代に中国の茶文化を受容する先駆けとして、日本の茶文化の再興の糸口となった。本稿は、中日の茶文化の交流史という視点から、それぞれの喫茶養生説について比較研究を行う。初めに中国唐宋時代の喫茶養生観を紹介する。喫茶と養生とは、陰陽五行や形神一体、道教神仙などの思想の影響を受けて繋がってきた。喫茶養生の具体的な方式は「食療」と「修心」であった。唐代の陸羽の『茶経』の著述の目的と主旨は飲食養生であるという観点を打ち出す。次に日本の鎌倉南北朝時代における『喫茶養生記』を中心としての喫茶養生観と中国のそれとの異同を分析する。中国の茶文化に対する日本の受容は、選択・受け継ぎ・改変・発展というような特色を検討する。最初に養生などのような実用性を際立たせたというのは、茶文化そのものの発展の特有的なルートであることを指摘する。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"19025","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"LI,
