国際日本文化研究センター紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_5_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本論文では認知科学、美術史、文学史、芸道論、知的財産法などをてがかりに、類似性の科学への糸口と社会的要請・意義、情報伝達と創造性の観点からみた模倣の情報文化論の可能性について述べる。類似は人間の学習・認識過程の根底に深くかかわるものであり、模倣は人と人の間あるいは文化と文化の間の情報伝達、さらには創造性の問題に直結する課題を内包している。一九八〇年以降急速に発達した認知科学は、類似とは何かについての基礎を与えてくれるだろう。絵画・陶芸・産業技術史を振り返れば、模倣が円滑な情報伝達と文化のダイナミズムを生み出してきたことがわかる。また模倣と創造性は密接に関連している。日本の芸道では集団的共同体的なものを基盤としながら、その上に繊細で微妙な個性を追加して内面を引き出す感性がみいだされる。その個性は｢風｣とよばれる。現代のわれわれは、形の模倣の下にある｢風｣の創造性を感じ取る能力を退化させてしまったように思う。類似性と模倣をめぐる今日的な課題は、知的財産法とりわけ著作権法の諸問題である。著作権法は文化的創作活動の結果を経済財に転換し、経済原理のなかで文化的活動をして富を生み出さしめる効果をもっている。また著作権法ではオリジナリティという近代の幻想を前提としている。類似性と模倣をめぐる考察は、現代の情報文化が取り残しつつある何かを思い起こさせてくれるだろう。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"19004","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"YAMADA,
