国際日本文化研究センター紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_5_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　前近代社会の人々は、今日の開発途上国の国民や未開社会の人々がしばしばそうであるように、頻繁に穀物の不作や飢餓に直面した。一九世紀中期日本の最もひどい凶作（不作）はベーリング海からの寒気の吹き込みに起因する天保の飢饉だった。\n　読み書き能力をもった人々は、この飢饉に関わるさまざまな記録を書き留めたが、こうした甚大な自然災害を精確に復元するために利用できる記録はわずかしかない。例えば、彼らは死亡の概数だけを記したので、現代の研究者がその数値が信頼できるか否かについて結論を下すことは容易ではない。\n　幸いにも大籠の村役人が、仙台藩当局やこの村の近くで商売をしていた商人たちによって貸付あるいは寄付された穀物類、味噌、塩、胡椒、薬そして金銭の数量を詳しく記録していた。この史料は、宗門改帳と平常年の食品ストック書上げとともに使用すれば、飢饉の年と平常年のエネルギー供給量および栄養素供給量を推計することを可能にする。われわれの研究からの事実発見は左記の通りである。\n　(A) 平常年（一八四五）のエネルギー、栄養素供給量。\n　(1) 平年作のもとでは、一人一日当たり二、二三〇 kcalが供給された。\n　(2) 一消費単位一日当たりエネルギー供給量は八二三 kcalだった。\n　(3) 一日一人当たり蛋白質。脂質、炭水化物供給量はそれぞれ九三・八、三九・四そして三七五・一gだった。\n　(B) 飢饉の年（一八三六年一二月から一八三七年五月までの一七七日間）のエネルギー、栄養素供給量。\n　(1) 飢饉の年には、一人一日当たり三二〇 kcalが供給された。\n　(2) 一消費単位一日当たりエネルギー供給量は一一〇 kcalだった。\n　(3) 一日一人当たり蛋白質、脂質、炭水化物供給量はそれぞれ七・五、一・九そして六六・四gだけだった。\n　結局、エネルギーおよび栄養素供給量は、飢饉の時期には平常年に比べ、およそ七分の一程度に急減した。流行性の疫病が人々の死亡に致命的役割を演じたかもしれない。飢餓は死亡数の急激な上昇とともに、出生力の劇的な低下をもたらした。同種の資料が利用できれば、われわれはこれと同じ手法でこうした数値を計算できるだろう。そのためには、比較研究のための良質の資料が必要である。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"18974","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"TAKAGI,
