食物忌避現象には、その社会におけるタブー(宗教的タブーも含む)によって表れているものと、その民族の体質(遺伝子による)によってその食物の消化・吸収・利用ができないために表れているものとがある。いずれの場合にも、ある食物に対する忌避現象は偶然に生じたものではなく、その根底に社会的な必要性があったことは無視することはできない。本論文では、この問題を、(1)肉食の完全な忌避、(2)牛肉食の忌避、(3)豚肉食の忌避、(4)犬(狗)肉食の忌避、(5)牛乳の利用に対する忌避、(6)飲酒に対する忌避に分けて記述した。\n 食肉や乳を得るために、遊牧民は、ウシ、ヒツジ、ヤギ、ラクダなど草食獣を用いてきたが、農耕を主体とした民族は、食肉や食卵を得るために、ブタ、イヌ、ニワトリ、アヒルなどを用いてきた。これらのことから、忌避する食肉、食糧生産に利用してきた家畜の種類、食習慣の検討は、日本人を含む多くの民族の祖先を探る上に、重要な知見を提供する。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"18593","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"TANABE,
